Unable to add a Bank account to a supplier who was an ex employee

Unable to add a Bank account to a supplier who was an ex employee
Warning Message that the Bank Account is already been used
and we are unable to login as the user as the account has been Terminated.
Is there a way that we can share the bank account that has been assigned to an employee
with Suppliers?
