Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have total 3 forms, 1. Take 5 form 2. Check in form 3. Check out form. Also, we have 2 types of technicians. Branch and Region.

We have one field "Reason" which needs to be filled when the user is suspending the activity. We have validation there which stops both branch and region technician to mark the Reason as "Tech Work Complete" if the Take 5 form is not submitted.

We want to add one more validation for same field for only Branch technician to fill up Check out form before marking the Reason as "Tech work complete". But I am not able to see option to add one more validation at the suspend activity page level.
