Unable to list all Integrations in OIC

Unable to list all Integrations in OIC, I observed when an Integration was modified by another user with ServiceAdministrator role, it cannot be listed using the OIC REST endpoints (triggered by a user with ServiceDeveloper role).

Anyone with input to this? We cannot grant everyone with ServiceAdministrator role so this is a challenge.
