Expense approval notification customization is not appearing in approver notification template

We have customized the expense approval notification template. The changes are getting reflected in the back end but in the approver notification template, it is not getting reflected.

I have used this path only

Shared Folders/Custom/Financials/Workflow Notifications/Expenses/Expenses

What could be the issue
