Authorization text appearing multiple times even after accepting

We are in the process of opening our Open enrollment window in Production and we are noticing that the authorization text is appearing again and again every time we enter to make changes to our elections. This is production only issue and we have not seen this issue in our lower pods. Please let me know if anyone is getting this issue in Employee self service and how to resolve this if are encountering similar issue.
