Salary basis as 'determined by rates', Amount not getting transferred to global HR from compensation

edited Oct 29, 2024 10:42AM in Compensation 5 comments

In the compensation plan, I am using the salary basis as 'determined by rates'. However, the amount after the merit cycle is no getting transferred to global HR even after running the 'transfer to global HR' process.

While trying to use the option Worksheet display»Compensation Amount - Component 1

Under 'Salary and Element Mapping'»Post as salary given as 'yes' and salary basis is chosen. However, the 'rate application result' and 'value' doesn't appear as editable to provide rate distribution. While referring to 22C update, it shows the columns as editable.

What is the relevance of having 'rate application result' and 'value' as editable and how to achieve it?

Howdy, Stranger!
