Can't hide or set the Save or Comments button to read-only on the Completed Ad-hoc Inspection screen

Summary:

The Inspections are editable even after they're marked as completed. Due to this anyone can add or delete the comments and tamper with the actually recorded Inspection results.

As of now this has been identified as gap and we have tried to set the Save & Comments button to hide or read- Only for the completed Ad-hoc inspetcion history from the work order history.

But we don't find any option to achieve this. If anyone has encountered a similar scenario, please share any insights or recommendations to help achieve this requirement.
