Why is 'Service' visible to HR Help Desk Agents

Summary:

We are currently implementing HR Help Desk next Gen, I have copied the seeded Next Gen Human Resource Help Desk Agent and Case Worker roles, and completed the configuration for agents, resources, queues etc. Everything is working as expected, except that my Agents can see the 'Service' menu, which we are not using.

Please assist me to hide 'Service' - I am unable to work out which privilege or inherited role is granting this access.
