restrict HR to manage succession plan?
Summary:
Hi all,
we are implementing Succession Plan for a client and I need a clarification.
Within the client's organization HR Specialist can only see their indirect reportees based on a visibility cone
(in test env it is hard to test this considering we have dummy users but still)
Therefore, I would assume that for nonprivate succession plans, HR Specialist, if not designated as owners can see and edit also succession plans based on this visibility cone? Or perhaps they can see every plan with all incumbents and candidates inside? In our case we won't consider the managers in this picture.
