Restrict supplier certifying agency based on supplier country

We have a scenario with our client as follows:

During the supplier registration, the supplier selects his operating country (say X), based on this, a specific certifying agency value will show under the business classification for this country X only, and be hidden/disabled from other supplier countries.

Is this function feasible?
