Benefits of Shared Interview Schedules

Our organization recently purchased Oracle Recruiting Booster, we don't use job requisition templates, so when adding an interview schedule we have to do it manually on each requisition.

We're trying to evaluate the pros of the Shared Interview Schedules, what it does look like I have access to that I didn't have before, is the Shared Interview area where for a given schedule I can see a calendar view of upcoming interviews, and the requisitions it is tied to. It seems like that is about it though, seeing as how we don't really change our interview schedule req to req, it's okay to use a generic shared template that won't have changes made to it and going forward would only use the Shared Schedules going forward.
