RTA disappearing in Deferred Tax Form

My Temp diff and NOLs have amounts under RTA in the Temporary Differences form,

however, when I run the Deferred Tax form they disappeared and show up only on the Impact on change of tax rates columns.

I checked my tax rates, they are the exact same in my current and prior periods, including RTA periods.

Also, it works properly on one of the other entities, but does not work on most of the entities. Please let me know what might be the issue.
