Salary Range with Combination of Grade and Job which varies for each Business Unit and Location
For one of the entities, we have a requirement to have Salary Range based on Grade and Job combination which again varies based on Business Unit and Location.
To achieve this, we need to create multiple Grade Rates, Salary Differentials and Salary Basis with this combination. Any place holder under the Salary Differentials to hold the Job along with Business Unit and Location?
Is there any alternate to achieve this instead of multiple combinations?
Compensation cycle should have the Salary Metrics like Compa Ratio to get calculated.
