Has Anyone added expenses skill in existing digital Assistant ?

When I try to add the expenses skill in my existing digital Assistant, I don't see expenses skill in the List of skills.

In my Digital Assistant I have 3 skills configured other than that I'm not able to add any new skill. Any configuration restricting this activity ? if anyone has worked before please let us know.
