    Export Supply Chain Planning Data not showing the newly loaded Sourcing Rules

    1. Loaded new Sourcing rules (2000+) using FBDI for a new inventory org. I can see most of them in the UI.
    2. In the extract - Export Supply Chain Planning data, I don't see new Sourcing rules in the CSV.

    1. Load Planning Data From Flat files was completed successfully
    2. CollectionJobSet (targeted refresh) was completed successfully
    3. The Load Entity process started for entity SOURCING_RULES with refresh number 28503 completed successfully (Log file: The number of records considered by the Load Entity process: 732. The number of valid, error, and deleted records: 732, 0, and 0). Why only 732 valid records out of 2000?
