Custom Content Type in Skill & Qualification not visible for Employee Custom Role

Hello Expert,

we are facing an issue with a custom Role for the employee. We created a Person Profile Type content to be visible in Skill & Qualification.

We add "talent profile" in the content section subscriber.

In the Profile Content Section Access Task we add our custom role, that should only view the content without editing.

Then we refreshed the role from Manage Data Role and Security Profile.

We scheduled two processes:

  • Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes
  • Regenerate Data Security Grants

The custom role has these privileges:

  • View Skill & Qualification
  • Edit Skill & Qualification

Even if we do all of this process and we then log in and log out , the employee with custom role can not see the content on the page and, moreover, can not see any options available "Actions" task on skill & qualification.

Howdy, Stranger!
