Redwood - Department Not Restricted via Security

We have a requirement to restrict departments based on Legal Entity/Business unit

To achieve this we have created department security profile based on organization tree.
It is working fine in responsive pages but we are facing issue in Redwood wherein security is not working as expected.We are facing issue with department search under work structure.
All ingestion processes are running, all profile options (Required) has been set up properly.
