Using Educational Qualifications as a Filter in Best Fit Candidate Matching
Hello team,
I’m working on a project where we’re using the Best Fit functionality for succession planning. I would like to know if it’s possible to use candidates’ educational qualifications as a filter when identifying best-fit candidates.
Our goal is to use Degrees as a filter to refine candidate matches—for example, to include only those candidates with a bachelor’s degree in the results.
Is there a way to configure the Best Fit functionality so that we can apply this type of educational filter directly when identifying which candidates to add to the match results?
Thank you for any insights or advice on setup!
