How can I track changes on Maintenance Asset Notes?

Our client wants to be able to track all asset changes including the asset's notes changes. He wants the table in the History tab to include notes' changes, too, as it displays other changes like Asset Attribute Changes and Asset Location Changes.

My questions are:-

Which database table contains notes data?

Is it possible to track notes' changes history - even if through the database?

Is it possible to display notes' changes in the history tab combined with the existing table under changes details or as a new column?
