How to link MSC_SOURCING_RULES org_id with INV_ORG_PARAMETERS?

Summary:

Hi Guru,

we are trying develop a report and trying to find the inventory org parameters that also appearing in the sourcing rule, but we noticed the org_id from MSC_SOURCING_RULES is having a different org_id from the inventory table INV_ORG_PARAMETERS even thought in the front end we can see it's the same org code.

can anyone try to enlighten us how to link those two tables together?
