Getting Error - Navigation failed due to invalid web application name: ORA_FSCM_UI

Summary:

We are getting below error when we try to access any pages in our instance.

Error: Navigation failed due to invalid web application name: ORA_FSCM_UI

Also, we are unable to access few pages. Employee login > Me > career and Performance > Goals Center. When we click on Goals Center icon, the relevant page is not loading. Instead it just stays in the same page; no response. Same happens when we click on Performance icon. Also when we navigate to Me > Personal Information > Personal Information / My Compensation etc. The pages are not loading.

This issue is not just in Me, its also in My Team tab for Managers
