As we have been receiving inquiries about Gmail's Sender Guidelines and Eloqua's 24D Release enhancement related to List Unsubscribe Header Change from global unsubscribe to group unsubscribe, we have prepared the following update for Eloqua customers.

Gmail's email sender guidelines stipulates that senders who dispatch over 5,000 messages daily must facilitate a one-click unsubscribe feature in their marketing and subscription emails. This is typically achieved by including two specific headers in the outgoing emails, which Eloqua can automatically append. While the guidelines necessitate a one-click unsubscribe mechanism, they do not mandate whether this should apply globally or to specific email groups, leaving the decision to the sender's discretion based on their email management strategy.
