Personal reimbursements Net to AP
Summary: When an employee uses corporate credit card and has credit, how long will it say it? We normally ask the employee to send in a personal check to cover the charges. It seem that Oracle AP hold onto the credit until another reimbursement is approved.
What if the employee only charges yearly, will Oracle keep that credit into another year?
