Worker Contracts - Default Value based on Proposed Worker Type From Assignment

Summary:

We are trying to default Certain Value on Contact page based on Proposed Person Type from Worker Assignment while Add Pending Worker Flow. The value was getting defaulted irrespective of the Proposed Worker Type, hence we are checking what value is getting stored using Validation

The challenge that we are facing is for all the different values for proposed worker type, system is giving same ID against it, and thus the defaulting rule works irrespective of the value in proposed worker type,
