Delegation of Expense Report Creation

Hi community,

We would need to capture the API for the user who delegated the expense report to the assistant.

e.g. Julie is the manager and has delegated to Bob her assistant the ability to create expense reports on Julie's behalf. I want to get Julie' name but can only get the user who is creating the expense report, meaning Bob.
