Ad hoc payments - Internal Fund Transfer

Summary:

Hello, my client has the requirement to initiate fund transfers between banks in different LEs to settle the net positions of intercompany transactions. Due to security reasons they cannot use the payments module and do not want to use the bank portal if possible.

Is it possible to do ad hoc payments between internal bank accounts? They are hoping to trigger a payment file that can be sent to the bank to move the funds.
