    Tenancy Admin rights, on my ALWAYS FREE, are gone

    Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

    Today upon logging into my FREE instance my Admin rights are missing. I cannot do anything. I am also facing this issue as of just today.

    I would just blow it all away and start over but since my Admin rights aren't working I don't know how to do that ..

    If I just abandon it then I may leave (non-running) Instances with boot volumes, Block Volumes and such out there. That doesn't sound good.
