User group - Internal HCM in Classic Knowledge Management
Summary:
When creating a Knowledge article and selecting the user group - Internal HCM, the Agents/ Resources without Knowledge roles should be able to access to those articles in the Help Desk page, currently seems that this only happens if the Agents have also Knowledge Managers/Authors roles. Is this the normal functionality?

Agents should be able to search in the Help Desk page all knowledge articles under The user group - Internal HCM
Implementation Guide - 'The Internal HCM user group - assign this group to content in an HCM application that you want only help desk agents and other users in your organization to access.'
