My instance was disabled and cannot be restarted - how to salvage data from it?

Summary:

My instance was disabled (day later got email that it was due to cryptomining - i didn't do that) how to salvage data from it - it was free tier 4 arm cpu, 24gb ram, and 200gb boot drive. So no resources to start another one.

Not able to restart instace (it says contact support). I just want to run it for few hours to copy data from it.
