subscription mysteriously closed

Summary:

Some of our subscriptions in Production mysteriously closed. We did not initiate the closing.

Question is, are there any processes in ERP that would potentially do this? say if a RMCS contract gets closed for a customer account, will it automatically close the subscription for that customer? any other process?
