Auto Complete Rule to Validate Proposed Start Date During Create Offer Based on PayPeriod Start Date

ACR to Validate that the when and why start date is a Pay Period Start Date

Content:

We have a use case to validate the proposed start date of a candidate while creating offer by comparing with Payroll Pay Period Start Date and we didn't find a function which will help to get these details in the auto complete rule to write the validation condition.

If anyone could guide me through the steps. It would be greatly appreciated.
