Seeking Help with Nurture Program Suppression Logic in Eloqua

I’m currently managing several nurture programs in our Eloqua instance, all scheduled to run daily. Each segment is set to execute every 24 hours. When a contact expresses interest in one of our products, they receive the first email from our nurture program within 24 hours of their activity.


However, we are facing a challenge: if a contact shows interest in multiple products, they end up receiving multiple emails from different nurture tracks, which has become quite overwhelming for us.


All nurture emails are scheduled to be sent at 9 AM PST each morning. I have implemented suppression logic to prevent contacts from receiving multiple nurture emails if they are already in another nurture program. This works well, except for one scenario: if a contact expresses interest in one solution, they enter the corresponding nurture track when the segment runs. The email send time is configured at the email level, meaning the contact will wait until 9 AM PST to receive that email. If they then express interest in another solution, they also enter that nurture track and would receive
