"Transfer to HR" based on date in Worksheet(diff dates for 15 Countries) - Is it really Feasible ??
Approvals and Worksheet seems to be getting frozen after Transfer to HR process is run in WFC
we have created only one compensation plan for 15 countries.
Transfer to HR process with the parameter "Effective date on the worksheet"
We are populating different date for different country on the worksheet for transferring those details to HR.
However once we transfer salaries of one country the complete worksheet gets frozen.
We want to be able to transfer to HR at different dates for different countries.
Is Oracle incapable of achieving this in Oracle ?
It is very difficult to create and maintain 15 different plans for 15 different countries and later do the re-conciliation and reporting.
