Restricting secondary ledger chart of account values

Summary:There is a mapping set definition between the primary ledger and the secondary ledger.
Some of the values in one of the chart of accounts segments (not the natural account segment) should only be displayed in the secondary ledger but should not be selected in the receipt entry. Is it possible to do this?
