Which Table holds Accounting Conversion Date for External Transactions in Cash Management

I am building a report, and I need to extract this Accounting "Conversion Date" column highlighted in yellow below. These are for External Transactions within the Fusion Cash Management module. Does anyone know which SQL table and column in backend holds this? I've looked at the documentation for the CE_EXTERNAL_TRANSACTIONS table and cannot find the column or the linkage to what table holds this.
