User with Employee or Manager role not able to chat with BOT
Summary:
Hi Experts,
We are facing an issue for the users who has Digial Assistant Employee role or Manager Role not able to chat with Bot.
Roles Assigned:
- Digital Assistant - Employee Role
- Digital Assistant - Manager Role
Error Message received : You don't have permission to access this information.
If we assign an implementation role to the same users its working fine.
Does anyone has faced this issue at your PODs ? Your input will be helpful to move on.
