Requisitions Displaying Incorrectly Under User’s Name in Search Results

Hello,

We’re experiencing an unusual issue with one of our users. When searching for this user’s name in the requisition search bar, requisitions not associated with them appear in the results. This user is neither the requester nor the preparer for these requisitions, so it’s unclear why they show up under their name.

Additionally, when other users search for this name, only the requisitions specifically related to the user appear, as expected. However, when the user and I log in and perform the search, we both see these unrelated requisitions appearing under their name.

This issue does not occur when searching for other users in the system, so it appears to be specific to this one user. Could you please help us understand why these unrelated requisitions are appearing under their name?
