Automating Onboarding Task Based on Validity of an Element Entry

Hello everyone,

We’re working on an enhancement to our onboarding process where we would like to automate the task assignment for the "Company Car" element entry. Currently, this task assignment is based on a static list of job titles, but we’re aiming for a more dynamic approach.

We want to set the eligibility criteria for the task to trigger only when the "Company Car" element entry is set to "Y" for an employee, thereby removing the dependency on job titles.

Is it possible to create a Fast Formula that verifies the existence of this element entry as of today’s date? If so, could you share any guidance or example formula?

Howdy, Stranger!
