502 Bad Gateway FunctionInvokeImageNotAvailable when calling Pre-Built Function from VB

Summary:

Hi! I'm following Shay's blog https://blogs.oracle.com/vbcs/post/generate-pdf-documents-from-visual-builder … With the tenancy admin ID, I created a new VCN, private subnet, application, and the Pre-Built function for Document Generator. For the VCN, i created the Service Gateway with "All <region> Services In Oracle Services Network" and also a NAT Gateway. I created the backend and the service connection in VB, and the REST call.

But I receive the response 502 Bad Gateway FunctionInvokeImageNotAvailable to the REST call.

Is there anything else I should do for the VCN / Service Gateway, or even with the VB vcn? Thanks!
