Archive/Unarchive permission to My folders only

Summary:

BI Administrator role generally gives archive/Unarchive access to entire catalog. Here the requirement is for few users, we would need archive/Unarchive permissions to My folders only. Is there a way to give Archive/Unarchive permission to My Folders alone.

This would give them flexibility to unarchive a catalog file and test it or use it to archive and unarchive in different instances for their testing.
