Unable to void a payment for a prepayment invoice

Summary:

We have 2 payments that were entered accidentally which we want to void but I don't see an option to void under Actions. It's a prepayment invoice type that has been unapplied before we tried to void the payment but it doesn't let me void the payments. I initiated the stop payment and it provided an option to void the payment in the interface but I am unable to void the payment from here as well. Please advice.
