We need a fast formula of type Compensation Default and Override that reads an exisiting element value of an employee.
Lets assume the elmement name is 'Target Bonus' .
I found some hints by docid 1565204.1 but that included example without any hints is not useful for me. I tried to apply the given eample by this, but the formula always returns 0, which is not a surprise from my point of view. So finally the tricky hidden step is how to address a specific element in this code?
