workforce compensation fast formula

Summary:

Getting Element Values from Individual Compensation

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We need a fast formula of type Compensation Default and Override that reads an exisiting element value of an employee.

Lets assume the elmement name is 'Target Bonus' .

I found some hints by docid 1565204.1 but that included example without any hints is not useful for me. I tried to apply the given eample by this, but the formula always returns 0, which is not a surprise from my point of view. So finally the tricky hidden step is how to address a specific element in this code?

Howdy, Stranger!
