How to receive Transfer order Shipment through Mobile Inventory?

Summary:

We have requirement to make receipt based on Transfer order Shipment using Mobile Inventory.

Shipping inventory org using WMS and during shipment, they will print the Bard Code and will paste on the box.

Receiving inventory org using only Fusion Inventory and no WMS.

Now, Client wants to receive the transfer order shipment by scanning the bar code. Their expectation is once the bar code is scanned then system should automatically pull the item and quantity shipped from source org.
