can we create browsing item category based mapping set in Procurement TBD

I have requirement to create category based mapping set to generate charge account on PO. so I have browsing category like B and browsing category BA and then category BAA.

Have created 2 mapping set one for B and other for BA.

3 account rule - one for mapping set 1- segment based , one for mapping set 2 segment based , one is generic - added -employee charge account there

added this in account definition and SLA as well but when i am creating PO it is still giving error charge account , variance account cant be derived.

Can you help to understand it is valid scenario? like adding browsing category on mapping set instead of leaf category??
