Setup and Maintenance > Setup: Financials > Payables > Manage Invoice Holds and Releases

When trying to edit the settings of the “Distribution variance” hold reason, all fields are greyed out, I cannot edit anything. I have “Application Implementation Consultant” role but it is not working for me… what I’m I missing ?
