RSSP - Overriding approver feature not working

in Self Service Procurement 3 comments

Summary:

In SSP, We have enabled Approver Override checkbox on the Configure Requisitioning business function and also set an approval rule for the Overriding approver. This works fine generating overriding approver Job level hierarchy as expected.

In RSSP, We tried raising the similar requisition but we couldn't able to see the Overriding approver Field being Visible and Action>View Approvers shows error message as. (Below screenshot)

We have included all the privileges to our custom role following below notes

Please advise is it Bug?
