Multi-Factor Authentication Eloqua API

Currently, we are considering using Eloqua's API features, but there is a request to perform multi-factor authentication when authenticating using the API.
For example, I like to achieve IP restrictions.

Can you tell us if the following is possible?
・How to achieve multi-factor authentication when performing OAuth authentication
・How to use IDCS to achieve multi-factor authentication and start API
