SCORM eLearning Not Marking Course as Completed After Learner Completes
Issue:
Attempt Status Not Marking as Completed After Learner Finishes eLearning
Description:
When a learner completes an eLearning course, the completion status does not display on the front end, although the attempt is marked as complete in the backend. After a learner completes the course and clicks 'Save and Close,' the status remains as "In Progress," with the option to resume. However, selecting "Resume" for a second attempt restarts the course from the beginning.
The content versions in use are SCORM 2004 and SCORM 1.2.
