Navigating to Empty Page After Cancelling "Request New Supplier" in Redwood

Hello Everyone,

We have enabled the Next Gen Supplier Registration for internal registration through Responsive SSP. I'm encountering an issue with the "Request New Supplier" function in Responsive SSP.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Oracle Fusion RSSP and select "Request New Supplier" from the actions menu.
  2. A new page opens to initiate the Internal Registration process.
  3. Enter some details and click "Save" to continue the registration later.
  4. After clicking "Cancel" to return to the home page, the page appears empty.
  5. I have to manually click "Reload Page" to access the home page.

*** same behavior if I submit the registration request.
