Working Calendar based on the Locations in the Advance Collections

Summary:

There is a business requirement for the calculation of Late fee. if the due date is falling on the Public Holidays or Calendra Holidays then Late charge shouldn't calculate for that day.

Currently we have configured the Lookup which stores the Holiday date. But is there any standard working calendar available in Oracle Fusion based on which late charge calculation to cater the business requirement.
